Spicy Garlic Bok Choy

Ingredients
2 lb Small or Medium Size Bok Choy
8 cloves Garlic, minced
1 stalk Spring Onion, chopped
2 tbsp Feng He Garden Black Vinegar
2 tbsp Feng He Garden First Extract Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sugar
5 tbsp Oil
1½ tsp Salt
1 pc Red Chili, sliced
Red Chili flakes
Sesame Seeds
Methods
1. Cut the bok choy into half.
2. Put 1 tbsp oil and salt in a pot of water and boil. Blanch the Bok Choy for 3-4 minutes till cooked. Set aside.3. Mix garlic, the white portion of the spring onion, sugar, chili flakes, black vinegar, soy sauce, and sesame seeds in a bowl.
4. Heat 4 tbsp of oil in a pan until hot and pour into the sauce bowl.
5. Drizzle the sauce over the bok choy. Garnish with red chili, spring onion, and sesame seeds. Ready to serve.
