I’ve been questioned countless times why I am so passionate about soy sauce. My response has always been the same. It is about the love of it. It is also about my attitude and principles towards food. I firmly believe that we are what we eat. Food should be nourishing and healthy; it should build our health and satisfy our taste buds. Sauces add a touch of taste to our food, they should enhance the taste but not overwhelm the original flavour of the food.
