SOY GINGER GLAZED SHRIMP
Ingredients:
500 gms Shrimp, deveined
1 thumb-size Fresh Ginger, grated
3 tbsp Feng He Garden Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Oil
Methods:
1. Mix well shrimp with soy sauce and grated ginger.
2. Marinate for at least 20 minutes.
3. Fry the marinated shrimp with oil until cooked. Ready to serve over steamed rice or individual dish.
TERIYAKI TOFU STIR-FRY
Ingredients
1 pc Tofu (Hard), cubed
3 tbsp Feng He Garden Soy Sauce
2 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce
2 tbsp Oil
Methods
1. Fry cubed tofu with oil until golden brown.
2. Add soy sauce and teriyaki sauce until tofu is evenly coated.
3. Ready to serve with steamed rice, noodles, and a simple plant-based meal!
SESAME SOY ROASTED BROCCOLI
Ingredients
500 gms Broccoli
2 tbsp Feng He Garden Soy Sauce
1 tbsp Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil
White Sesame Seed
Methods
1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Mix broccoli well with soy sauce and sesame oil in a bowl.
3. Spread the coated broccoli on a baking sheet.
4. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until the broccoli is tender and slightly crispy at the edges.
5. Remove from oven and garnish with sesame seed.
6. Ready to serve this tasty and nutritious dish.
