Korean Bean Sprout Salad

Ingredients:
For the salad:
450g Mung Bean Sprouts

Garnish Ingredients: 
Chili slices for added spice
2 stalks Coriander, chopped, extra for garnish
1 tsp Sesame Seeds, for garnish

For the sauce:
4 tsp Feng He Garden Light Soy Sauce
4 tsp Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil (Red Cap)
2 tsp Minced Garlic
3 tbsp Finely Chopped Green Onion
½ tsp Salt

Methods:
1. Rinse the mung bean sprouts thoroughly under cold water until the water runs clear, and then strain it. Set Aside.
2. Bring a pot of hot water, pour over the bean sprouts, and soak for about 60 seconds only. Drain Immediately.
3. Run the bean sprouts under a cold water tap until cool. Strain it. Set aside.
4. In a large bowl, combine the sauce ingredients and mix well. Add the strained bean sprouts to the sauce and mix thoroughly.
5. Add garnish ingredients and ready to serve.
