Black Bean Paste Noodle

Ingredients:
- 2 servings Fresh Egg Noodles.
- 1 tbsp Feng He Garden Black Bean Sauce
- 1 pc Red Carrot, diced
- 1 pc Big Onion, chunks
- 1 tbsp Green Peas
- 1/2 pound Pork Belly, cut into small cubes
- 1 thumb size Ginger, minced
- 5 cloves Garlic
- 2 tbsp Feng He Garden Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Potato Starch Powder
- 1/4 cup Water
- 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 stalk Spring Onion, chopped
- Dash of Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Boil the fresh noodles till it is cooked. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the wok over high heat. Add 1 tbsp cooking oil and stir-fry the pork until golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Add 1 tbsp cooking oil in the same wok and saute minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add red carrot, big onion, and green peas till tender but still crisp. Set aside.
- Heat the wok with 2 tbsp cooking oil. Add the sauce mixture and stir for about a minute. Mix all ingredients and keep stirring till well mixed.
- Add 2 cups of water to the wok. Let it simmer and cook with the lid closed for about 10 minutes.
- Mixed potato starch powder, sugar & water. Pour in little by little, and keep stirring until it is well mixed and thick.
- Remove from heat and pour over the noodles.
- Garnish with Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil and spring onion. Ready to serve.
