Stir-Fried Chicken with Tomato and Basil

Ingredients:
- 1 chicken breast, diced
- 10g minced ginger
- 20g minced garlic
- 10 cherry tomatoes, diced
- 10g fresh basil
- 5g minced chili
Seasonings:
- White pepper, salt, cornstarch, rice wine (to taste)
- 30cc water
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 10cc lemon juice
Instructions:
- Marinate diced chicken with white pepper, salt, cornstarch, and rice wine in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a pan, add ginger, garlic, and tomatoes, and stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add water, cover, and simmer for 3 minutes.
- Uncover and stir in fish sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, and sugar.
- Add marinated chicken and stir-fry on high heat until cooked.
- Finally, add basil, chili, and lemon juice, and mix well.
**Tip:** High-heat stir-frying ensures the chicken cooks quickly and evenly for a tender dish. Enjoy!
