Pan-fried Beancurd Sheets

Ingredients:
- 2 sheet x Dried bean curd
- 2 tsp Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Water
- 1 tsp Rice wine
- 1 tsp White sugar
Method:
- Cut the dried bean curd sheets into 6 equal pieces.
- Mix soy sauce, water, rice wine, and white sugar evenly in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add the dried bean curd sheets and fry until both sides are
crispy. Set aside. - Add the sauce from step 2 to the frying pan and cook until the sauce is thick and sticky.
- Add the fried bean curd sheets to the sauce and coat both sides with the sauce.
