Using traditional Hakka method, this wine is sweet, mellow, and rich in taste. Being one of Hakka’s favourite condiment for traditional dishes, we recommend this wine for soup-based dishes (especially for confinement), seafood dishes (i.e. clams, steam crabs), and meat dishes (i.e. pork, duck or chicken either braised, fried or stewed)
Ingredient: Water, Glutinous Rice, Salt, Sweet Rice Yeast and inverted sugar from rice.

The sediment in the bottle is produced during fermentation and it is safe to consume.
