1 tbsp Feng He Garden Dark Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine
Seasoning:

1 tbsp Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce

The Prep: Marinate pork belly with dark soy sauce and cooking wine.

The Sear: Stir-fry the pork belly until it renders its natural oils.
