Steamed Cod with Feng He Garden Sauces

Ingredients:
- Cod fillet (1–2 fillets per serving)
- 1-2 tbsp Cooking wine
- A pinch of salt
- Some shredded ginger
- 3–4 cloves Sliced garlic
- Some shredded chili
- 2-3 tbsp Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce
- Some shredded green onions
- 1-2 tbsp Feng He Garden Fried Garlic with Oil (for aroma)
- 3-4 tbsp Cooking oil for hot oil drizzle
Method:
- Marinate the cod in cooking wine and a pinch of salt for about 30 minutes.
- Place shredded ginger, sliced garlic, and shredded chili on top of the cod. Bring the water to a boil, then add the fish and steam for about 5 minutes.
- Drizzle Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce over the steamed cod, place shredded green onions on the surface, and add Feng He Garden Fried Garlic. Heat some cooking oil in a pan until it's hot, then pour it over the fish to finish cooking.
