Shrimp with Feng He Garden Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 20g garlic, sliced
  • 20g ginger, sliced
  • 1 bunch parsley, chopped

For the cornstarch mixture:

  • 2 tbsp cornstarch

For the sauce:

  • 2 tbsp Feng He Garden Plum Sauce
  • 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp white vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce
  •  2 tbsp water

Instructions:

  1. Pat the shrimp dry and toss with the cornstarch mixture.
  2. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  3. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and parsley and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in the sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add the shrimp to the sauce and toss to coat.
  6. Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
