Wakame Seaweed Salad

Ingredients:
- 30g Wakame Dried Seaweed (Arame or Hijiki)
- 4 shallots, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp Feng He Garden Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp Sweet Rice Wine
- 1 tbsp Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil
- 1 dried chili, finely chopped
- 1 thumb-sized piece of ginger, grated
- 1/2 tbsp White Sesame Seeds
- Sugar, to taste
Methods:
- Begin by soaking the dried seaweed in a bowl filled with ample water for approximately 10-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, combine all the ingredients in a bowl, excluding the sesame seeds.
- Once the seaweed has softened, carefully drain and gently squeeze out the excess water.
- Transfer the seaweed into the bowl with the prepared sauce mixture. Thoroughly coat the seaweed with the sauce.
- Sprinkle the salad with white sesame seeds as a garnish.
- Your delicious Wakame Seaweed Salad is now ready to be served. Enjoy!
