Pepper Chicken Kebabs with Soy Glaze

Ingredients:
- 2 boneless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 small cucumber, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/4 cup Feng He Garden Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the chicken, red pepper, yellow pepper, and cucumber onto skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
- Whisk the soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
- Brush the kebabs with the soy sauce mixture, coating them evenly.
- Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
- Serve hot, and enjoy!
Note: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before threading the ingredients onto them to prevent them from burning on the grill.
