Pepper Chicken Kebabs with Soy Glaze

Ingredients:
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 red pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 yellow pepper, seeded and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 small cucumber, peeled and cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1/4 cup Feng He Garden Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the chicken, red pepper, yellow pepper, and cucumber onto skewers, alternating between the ingredients.
  3. Whisk the soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.
  4. Brush the kebabs with the soy sauce mixture, coating them evenly.
  5. Place the kebabs on the grill and cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the chicken is cooked and the vegetables are tender.
  6. Serve hot, and enjoy!
Note: If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before threading the ingredients onto them to prevent them from burning on the grill.
