Cumin Onion Potato Slices

Ingredients:
- Potatoes
- Red Onion
- Cumin
- Salt
- Feng He Garden First Extract Light Soy Sauce
- Lao Gan Ma (a type of chili sauce)
Preparation:
- Wash and peel the potatoes.
- Slice the potatoes into thin pieces.
- Soak the potato slices in clean water and gently rub them to remove excess starch.
- This will make the potato slices crisper when fried.
- Drain the water.
- Wash and chop the onion into small pieces.
Method:
- Heat some oil in a pan. Add the potato slices.
- Stir-fry continuously.
- Sprinkle a little salt. Fry until the potato slices turn golden brown.
- Remove the potato slices from the pan and drain the excess oil.
- Keep the remaining oil in the pan.
- Add the chopped onion. Stir-fry on low heat until fragrant.
- Add a teaspoon of Lao Gan Ma chili sauce. Mix well.
- Add the fried potato slices to the pan.
- Add cumin seeds and 1 tbsp of Feng He Garden First Extract Light Soy Sauce.
- Stir-fry until everything is well mixed and flavored.
