Shrimp with Feng He Garden Sauce

Ingredients:
- 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 20g garlic, sliced
- 20g ginger, sliced
- 1 bunch parsley, chopped
For the cornstarch mixture:
- 2 tbsp cornstarch
For the sauce:
- 2 tbsp Feng He Garden Plum Sauce
- 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp white vinegar
- 2 tbsp Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
- Pat the shrimp dry and toss with the cornstarch mixture.
- Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the shrimp and cooked through, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a separate skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic, ginger, and parsley and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Stir in the sauce ingredients and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shrimp to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
