King Oyster Mushroom Salad
Ingredients:
- 3 King Oyster mushrooms
- 1 scallion, chopped
- 2 slices ginger, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 chilies, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil
- 1 tbsp Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sugar
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Wash the King Oyster mushrooms and steam for 8-10 minutes.
- While the mushrooms steam, prepare the dressing by chopping the scallion, ginger, and garlic and thinly slicing the chilies.
- After steaming the mushrooms, remove them and let them cool slightly. Then, tear them into strips of similar thickness.
- Arrange torn mushrooms on a plate and top with chopped scallions, ginger, garlic, and chilies. Drizzle with dressing (Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil, Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, salt), toss, and enjoy!
