Pan-fried  Beancurd Sheets

Ingredients:

  • 2 sheet x Dried bean curd
  • 2 tsp Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Water
  • 1 tsp Rice wine
  • 1 tsp White sugar

Method:

  1. Cut the dried bean curd sheets into 6 equal pieces.
  2. Mix soy sauce, water, rice wine, and white sugar evenly in a small bowl. Set aside.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan, add the dried bean curd sheets and fry until both sides are 
    crispy. Set aside.
  4. Add the sauce from step 2 to the frying pan and cook until the sauce is thick and sticky.
  5. Add the fried bean curd sheets to the sauce and coat both sides with the sauce.
