This sesame oil uses quality sesame seeds that have been roasted under controlled temperature settings, bringing about a robust aromatic nutty and distinctive flavorful oil. The character of the oil lies within its darker reddish brown color.
100% GHBB Pure Sesame Oil (Black Label) has a low Free Fatty Acid (FFA) ratio no greater than 2%.
