Shrimp Paste Fried Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 kg of chicken wings
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp of shrimp paste
  • 1 tbsp of Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp of cooking wine
  • 1 tbsp of ginger juice
  • 1 tsp of Ghee Hiang Sesame Oil
  • A little pepper
  • 1 tbsp of granulated sugar
  • 3 tbsp of cornstarch
  • 3 tbsp of glutinous rice flour
  • 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour

Instructions:

  1. Wash the chicken wings, cut them in half, and pat dry with kitchen paper. Add the marinating ingredients and let them marinate for 30 minutes, or marinate overnight for an even better flavor.
  2. Add glutinous rice flour, cornstarch, all-purpose flour, and the egg, then mix well.
  3. Heat the oil and fry the chicken wings until they are golden brown on all sides. Use kitchen paper to absorb the excess oil. Serve while hot!
