Gongjin Exploded Eggs

Ingredients:
- 5 Large, Fresh Eggs
- 35 ml Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce
- 20 ml Feng He Garden Dark Soy Sauce
- 20 ml Feng He Garden Black Vinegar
- 6 ml Fine Sugar
- 4 cloves of garlic, thinly sliced
Method:
- Prep Glaze: Whisk Feng He Garden First Extract Soy Sauce, Dark Soy, Black Vinegar, and sugar until dissolved.
- Crisp Garlic: Fry the garlic in a bit of oil until golden; remove and set aside to keep it crispy.
- Flash Fry: Sear 5 eggs in a hot pan until the edges are lacy and the yolks are raw.
- Glaze: Pour the glaze around the side of the pan; let it bubble and thicken for 15–20 seconds.
- Serve: Plate over rice, top with garlic, and serve.
