Soy Sauce Salmon Belly

Ingredients:
500g Salmon Belly – from Song Fish
1 Tbsp First extract Soy sauce
Black pepper (optional)
Minced Garlic (optional)

Preparation:
1. Defrost Salmon Belly.
2. Marinate with FHG First extract Soy Sauce, black pepper, and garlic for at least 1/2 hour.
3. Heat up the frying pan without oil. Add the salmon belly skin-side down and pan fry it for 3-5min in low heat and turn it over for another 5min or until it is cooked. Serve hot.
