Five Spices Grilled Chicken 豐禾园五香烤鸡
500g Chicken ( I used chicken thighs)
1 tbsp 5 spices powder
3 tbsp FHG First Extract Soy Sauce
1. Marinate chicken with 5 spicies powder and FHG First Extract Soy sauce at least 4 hours.
2. Preheat oven 180c, put in the marinated chicken skin-down for 10min, then turn it over for another 10min. Serve hot
