Feng He Garden Fried Rice – Recipe adapted from Helga Soo

Ingredients A:
2 cups of cooked rice(best overnight rice)
1 tbs minced garlic
3 dried mushrooms (soaked and cut into cubes)
3 dried scallops (soaked and peel, keep the soaked water)
1 tbs dried shrimps (soaked , keep the soaked water)
5 slices of luncheaon Meat (cut into cubes, airfry and set aside)
1 pkt french beans (cut into small pieces, airfry and set aside)
4 eggs (omellette, set aside)
2 chilies (sliced)

Ingredients B:
30ml scallop and shrimp water
2 tbs FHG dark Sause
1 tbs FHG soy Sauce
Dashes of Pepper
1 tbs sesame oil

Preparation:
1. Heat oil and fry dried scallops, dried shrimps and mushroom until brownish and fragrance, dish out and put aside
2. Heat oil and fry minced garlic until fragrant, add in cooked rice and stir fry for about 5 minutes. Add all sauces (ingredients B), mixed well and continue to stir fry until the sauces are well blended with the rice. Add in cooked dried scallops, dried shrimps, mushrooms,
french beans, luncheon meat and omelette and fry well.
