Dark soy sauce pork belly 黑酱炒肉- My late grandma’s recipe by Linda Hay

Ingredients:
300g of pork belly sliced
2 clove of garlic chopped
1 shallot chopped
1 tbsp FH Garden dark soy sauce
2 tbsp water

Preparation:
1. Heat oil till smoky.
2. Fry the garlic and shallots till fragrant.
3. Add in pork belly and fry for 2 minutes till it turn brown
4. Add 2 tbsp of water and fry for another minute.
5. Lastly, add FH Garden Dark soy sauce and stir till it has fully coated the pork belly.
6. Dish up and serve hot.
