Braised Duck (Lazy version)

Ingredients:
100ml Feng He Garden First Extract Soy sauce
2 tbps Feng He Garden Dark Sauce
400ml Water
1 tbsp Chinese Shaoxing wine
4 slices of blue ginger
2 slices of ginger
2 sticks cinnamon
10 star anise
1 tbsp 5 spices powder
Lots of garlic

Preparation:
1. Mixed FHG Soy sauce and dark sauce with water and pour it in a wok, put the rest of the ingredients in, mixed well and bring to boil.
2. Put the whole durk in, breast-side up, start with big flame and turn to low flame when the sauce is boiling, cover the lid and simmer for 30 minutes, then turn the duck over. Try to tuck as much as the braising ingredients into the duck stomach and continue to simmer it for another 30min or until the sauce thickens.

Serve hot and enjoy !!
