Dark Sauce Prawns by Jeannie Lee
Prawns can cook in different ways but I chose to cook with just dark sauce and still taste yummy!
-18 Large Prawns
-2tbsp Feng He Garden Dark soy sauce
-1tbsp raw sugar
-2 cloves chopped garlics
-2tbsp cooking oil
-1 chilli- slice
1. Heat up 2tbsp cooking oil, add in chopped garlics, fry till fragrant.
2. Add in prawns, sauté prawns till turned reddish on both sides.
3. Add 2tbsp Feng He Garden Dark Soy sauce and 1tbsp raw sugar.
4. Cook till prawns are done and add in sliced chilli.
5. Dish out and serve hot.
